1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DiscountsCY (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

DiscountsCY is a discount discovery platform that helps users find and access various discounts, deals, and promotional offers from merchants and service providers. Our Service includes but is not limited to:

Discount code aggregation and display
Merchant information and store locator
User account management and preferences
Notification services for new deals

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account using Google authentication. We do not store any password information in any form to maximize user security. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your account information
Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit harmful, threatening, or offensive content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DiscountsCY and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without explicit written permission.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by DiscountsCY. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that DiscountsCY shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party content or services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. DISCOUNTSCY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DISCOUNTSCY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DiscountsCY and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Refund Policy for Paid Members: If you are a paid member and we terminate your service due to our own reasons (not due to your breach of these Terms), we will refund your annual membership fee on a pro-rated basis for the unused portion of your membership period.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 14 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
